F/26/5'11/SW:190/GW:145-155/CW:165- Looking to add exercise into my weightloss journey.

Back in February I started losing weight by counting calories. I attempted doing some home exercise videos but found that when I exercised I also ate way over my calorie goal. I decided to focus in on hitting my calories first as I felt that would have the most impact. Now that I've lost the first 15 pounds between February and May, maintained for the summer months and now lost another 10 pounds since September, I think it would be good to add in some exercise for toning purposes, mostly. I'm worried that doing this will be overwhelming and I'll fall off the wagon eating wise. Currently, I walk about 15k steps per day just in walking my dog and being at work but that's about it. Any tips on how to slowly make exercise a part of my life would be wonderful! I think I'm mostly looking to be consistent at home before joining a gym. Thanks in advance!
