my first succesful day in soo long!
I was a relatively skinny (yet weight-obsessed) person my whole life, until this April. After restricting myself for so long, I went in a crazy binge session that lasted for 2 months and as a result of my binges and birth control, I gained 14 kilos. I still was definitely not overweight, but I certainly didn't appreciate the extra kilos. Today, for the first time since April, I decided to stop saying ''ill start tomorrow'' and I actually started. I ate a net of 1.220 calories, I felt super satisfied with all the healthy meals I ate and I went on a 7 km walk as well. I'm so motivated, my cousin just lost 13 kilos and we send each other our meals to stay motivated. I lurk on this sub all the time for inspo, so I wanted to share my first successful day with you all!
I'm going to start taking ballet classes again in January so that is also a big motivator. I want to lose 14 kilos, so all the weight that I gained.
