Need Help With Acountability
I'm a 320lb 23 year old 5'10 male and I need help. Normally my lunch and dinner are healthy (least I think they are), lunch is either a wrap with side salad or just a large Chicken Ceaser Salad and Dinner is Chicken Thighs, Half a Cup of Rice or a Sweet Potato, and a thing of lettuce. But every dday I feel the need and urge to go out and buy Flamin Hot Cheetos, Candy, and a soda. It's not a snacking deal, I have rice cakes and small popcorn cakes that are 60 calories per 10 little cakes. It's an addiction and unless I wanna die young and miss my niece's future I need to change, now.
Simply put I can't beat my addiction to crap by myself, I need help from beyond my family. Someone to hold me accountable, because i try to change, make some progress, and then I'm right back where I started. I consider anyday I don't gain too much a victory. So please, I need help being accountable, for my future.
