Never satiated?

Full disclosure: I am naturally skinny, just thought I'd share this to mabye support some folks that needs it :)

I usually feel very satiated after food for along time, however, some days nothing seems to satiate me. I could not understand what could cause it, as it's so out of character for me.

But, after som research, I found out a really cool thing. When you feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated. But when you're at the brink of dehydration, just not quite there yet, your brain sorta confuses the feeling of wanting food with needing water! So whenever you feel like no food is enough, take a step back and think of how much water you've had that day, chances are it's not enough!

So yeah, always remeber to drink at least two liters of water every day, and especially before and during meals, you'll lower the risk of feeling full but not satiated :)
