Stress eating sans self-hatred afterwards
Im a grad student who lost 50 ish pounds in the last year, but since ive started school, ive already gained 20 back. I love food; I stress eat, I reward eat, I eat when im bored but I had it under control when I wasnt in school.
How do you manage constantly wanting to eat sugars and carbs while being stressed and busy? Im working on reintegrating more healthy foods but I know this will just get worse. I have to lose the 20 lbs before xmas or else (despite doing a masters) that will be all my family talks about when I'm home (i.e. eyes on my food, judged for every bite). I also am proud of what I did and I dont want to go back to how I used to be.
Any advice is appreciated.
