Does anyone have any advice?
Hi!
I saw this subreddit and was hoping that it would be helpful on my weightloss journey.
I curse my shortness (5'1") because according to BMI, 150 is overweight, borderline obese. I struggle with emotional eating, and though it does relieve stress or boredom for a while, I can't seem to be happy with my weight and appearance. I really want to change. Not only that, I'm the only one in my family who's on the bigger side while my siblings are either fit or lean.
Here are some changes I've made:
- I've been taking multivitamins every morning
- It's wintertime and my home is too small for exercise equipment, so I got the Wii Fit game and Balance Board and have been tracking my progress every morning while doing 15 mins of cardio
- I've been taking more trips to the library and spending long hours there to avoid eating since food is not allowed
Is there any other advice anyone can give me? I'm still in college and I still can't seem to shake off that freshman 15.
