I finally broke my plateau, and question about cross fit trainers

Hi guys,
Last time I posted that i was stuck at a plateau but i finally broke it and made it to my 75kilo (165 pound) goal for this year! Im so happy, i made it even with some time to spare! Ill keep my exercising and eating habits going but I'll probably beat myself up less over eating that extra piece of fruit or whatever! (I'm a perfectionist at heart, being hard on myself is daily habit LOL) From here on it's just striving for those last 10-20 pounds but even if it goes slow im okay with it.
I did however have a question about crosstrainers. I usually work out on the one we have at home for a good hour or more. My fitbit puts the calorie burn on about 650-700 for an hour but has no counter for crosstrainer itself (I just put it on walking) my crosstrainer says i burn about 1200-1300 calories per hour. I have it on the highest resistance which is 25 and I sweat a lot. My pacing is pretty consistant and up beat, and talking is hard considering how out of breathe i am while working out. Now i was reading up on it and this website said you only burn 400kcal in that amount of time ? I can't imagine Im burning that little considering the intensity of the work out and the high resistance i put. I don't think my fitbit is off by much tbh. The crosstrainer i usually take about half to 3/4 of the amount of calories he says i burned. Is that fair ? Oram I and my fitbit really overestimating the kcal burn that much ?
