Pizza crust without coconut/almond/any flour or cauliflower?
In a random idea, I mixed a can of shredded chicken, and a bit of cream cheese together, put it on a pizza pan, baked it a bit, and tried to use it as a pizza crust (and threw hot sauce on-top of it, followed by mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni).
It tastes pretty great, but the crust doesn't hold up at all and the pizza needs eaten with a fork.
I'm wondering if there's any way to make a crust hold-up well, but also be relatively simple?
- Would adding an egg or two work?
- What about adding more cream cheese (not sure how much I actually used, but on the packaging, I used 2 marks worth)
- I have coconut flour, but prefer not to use too much of it if possible; would adding like a tablespoon of it help?
