Busting my calorie limit
I'm currently doing good ol' CICO and today my flatmate made some pulled pork. I already reached my limit (1152 calories) but it just looked too good! So I ate around 600 calories of it. I weighted it and logged it in My Fitness Pal, but separated the amount in two, and logged it for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, reducing my calorie limit for these days.
I really don't know if it's the best strategy. What do you guys think? Would you have done otherwise if you were in my situation?
For the record, I'm 24 F, 138 lbs and 5'5. 1152 calories per day is -400ish under maintenance and that what was suggested to me on a website to calculate my TDEE. I'm very sedentary right now so it doesn't feel like too little to me on a daily basis.
