Do I have to lose more weight? What more can I do?
21 (F) A few months ago I weighed about 150 pounds and now I’m currently 122 pounds at 5 feet 1 inch. I workout 5 times a week for an hour but weight training no cardio. I changed my diet and I’m currently consuming around 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I have also been consuming more protein and consuming very little carbs. I’ve noticed my arms, and legs have gotten smaller but it doesn’t seem that my belly fat has had any change. My body fat percentage is around 23%. How can I lose more body fat especially belly fat? I’ve struggled with belly fat for years. I thought losing more than 30 pounds would help me see a difference around my waist and belly area, but I’ve seen none. I’m starting to lose hope. What is there left for me to do?
