I used to be extremely fat, but my "ideal weight" still seems impossible.

I'm a 5'8 male and the heaviest I've ever been was about 320lbs. I was basically this level of obese for most of my life until about 2 years ago. I got down to 180lbs last year, but currently weigh around 200lbs. I recently did some bmr and tdee calcs, which tell me my ideal weight is around 150-160lbs.

I'm still fat, and I want to fix this, but 150lbs seems insane to me. I've put on a lot of muscle over the past couple years, and exercise almost 2 hours a day now (amateur stuff, I don't go to a gym). I know my diet isn't as good as it could be but I feel like I'd be wasting away at 150lbs.

I don't even know what I'm asking here, but am I alone? Am just I too accustomed to indulging too much? Do I need to work on my mental game?
