So I’m trying again starting tomorrow
I was laid off in Jan and Feb, for the first time. As a result I gained 10-12 pounds and boy can I feel it and see it. I’m 271 pounds now. Almost back to my heaviest which was in the 280s when I was in early 20s. Holy shit all I wanna do is lose 60-70 pounds. I don’t even wanna be SUPER SKINNY. I just want to feel better in my skin and not have this gigantic stomach. So anyway. Tomorrow I’m gonna do what I know works, and stick to it. Especially since now I’m laid off again til who knows when and I don’t want to gain 1749294 pounds and sit on my ass and do nothing. I’m also going to take 1 hour a day to go off BY myself (without my 1 year old puppy) and get some heart rate raising walking or hiking in. Wouldn’t be able to do it with him since he wants to sniff every grain of sand lol. I really just wanna do this and get it the hell over with. Tired of being the biggest most disgusting lump. One thing I’m gonna try as well is writing a list. A lot of people I follow online say it helps so much to see a clear cut plan in black and white and be able to check it off. Then go to bed feeling accomplished or whatever. I’ve never tried it before like this but I know writing stuff down helps a lot.
