Finding motivation for this thing is hard
Me and my wife have wanted to lose weight & get in shape for a while. We'll stick to our diet for a couple days or even a couple weeks & then one night we'll order shitty food from GrubHub or something. Why? Idk. I just wanna stick to this fucking eating healthy thing & not keep eating junk all the time. See she is still super into the junky shit so I end up eating it too. It's getting really annoying for me. I just wanna do this already. I keep thinking maybe I should just not indulge with her to set an example. I think by me eating the junk will her I'm basically saying it's okay & that the diet doesn't matter but it does. I want this shit to happen. I want us to be healthy. I'm getting tired of waiting.
