I'm ready to be back on track!
I posted here a few weeks ago, and I was humbled to see so many of you being so very supportive! I'd just started my weight loss journey, and was doing reasonably well too.
That's before the (inevitable) plateau kicked in. I spent about 3 weeks stuck at the same weight, and the next ten days were just a blur. I kept eating whatever I saw, skipped workouts and just lied in bed all day.
But I think I'm ready to move past it! I don't want to see it as mistakes I need to undo/hate myself for but just parts of the journey.
I know bad day(s) are inevitable, but this sub has taught me that's it's FAR more important to get back up. Hope this helps whoever needed to hear this!
