Week 2 update
I have been trying to hold myself accountable on here in my journey to lose the last 10 pounds. This last week I was having my time of the month, and could feel how hungry and cravey I was, so I decided to let myself eat above 1200, and more than one of the day’s, at maintenance but I maintained strict counting.
Despite this I weighed in this morning at 132.8. A pound down from last week which is not what I was expecting to see at all.
I have lost about 2 and 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks, which is the progress I was hoping to make. My goal is 125 and I was at about 134.8 to 135.6 when I started two weeks ago.
Here’s to hoping I see another pound lost next week!!
If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!! I was 211 pounds when I started my journey originally and maintained for about a year at 135ish.
