I’m (23F) losing weight but my boyfriend (25M) isn’t and I think it’s my fault

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years and living together for just over a year now. During the beginning of our relationship, we spent much of our time together eating as we really only had time in our schedules to meet for lunch and dinner. Most of the time it was very unhealthy (tacos, pizza, lots of other carbs). In December of 2019, I was at my highest weight at 190lbs (5’7”) and wanted to make a change. My boyfriend had also hit his highest around the same time at 260 lbs (6’2”). I started cooking healthy meals at home, tracking my calories, and we started running together on the weekends. Fast forward to June 2020, I am 150lbs, 40lbs down from my starting weight 7 months ago. My boyfriend, however, is still yo-yoing between 250 and 260. I am still cooking healthy meals and we are still trying to walk or hike on the weekends because we work opposite shifts during the week. I just don’t understand why it was so much easier for me than for him. He did admit to me that he was still eating fast food a few days a week, but I would think with all the other healthy meals I’m providing the calories would still put him in a deficit. Am I missing something? Sometimes I worry if I’m not feeding him “enough” with my meals and he’s binging in his own time. Has anyone else experienced this with a partner? Looking for advice.
