Y’all, I think I’ve done it

I think I’ve broken the plateau and I’m so proud of myself. Just another pound and I’ll be in the low thirties. This is my first scale victory people. I’m currently at 134.4 Lbs and I began at 140. Not only have I reached a scale victory but I’ve established better self control and counting calories is LIFE. I’m growing to love it much more and I think I’m gonna add in some exercise. Also, I think I wanna give back to this sub by making a helpful post. I want to compile a good and healthy snack list that is simple for anyone. I don’t want it to odd ingredients or hard to prepare. Just something good. I will say this though. It’s pretty much going to be low calories because I’m only doing CICO. If it happens to be low carb or friendly to other diet needs that just happens to be the case. I’m not an expert on nutrition or anything, I just wanna make a good snack list. If anyone has recommendations I’m also totally open to that. You guys are literally so helpful to me. Love you all and best of luck on your journeys ❤️
