Anyone else very active but fat?

So, I’m a 34M. I am 6’2” and 285. I get a lot of exercise though. I consistently get like 2 hours of Cardio a week, I am somewhat muscular as I used to be into body building, and I still lift weights. I also work in construction, and easily take over 18000 steps a day (and carry heavy windows and doors all day long).

In theory I should be normal weight, but my portions are ridiculous. I can eat like 10 slices of pizza, and typically eat a donut every day. I probably only eat 3-4 servings of fruit a day, and maybe one of veggies.

Is anyone else super active but fat? Has anyone else figured out how to cut down on their portions? I feel like I eat so much because of my activity level, and I over compensate and just get heavier. Anyone have any advice on how to just stop eating at a normal amount?
