How to lose weight (simplified)

There is only one way to do it...

The one way is calories in vs calories out. On average people need around 2000-2500 calories daily to maintain their bodyweight (depends on sex, ethnicity, age, etc). In order to lose weight you need to consume less calories daily than you expend. However this is much easier said than done so I will give you all some tips.

  1. Buy/Eat high satiating, low calorie foods, you can look up a list of these type of foods but basically they are just foods that fill you up and don have many calories. Some of my favorites are egg whites, grilled chicken, almost all green vegetables, rice cakes, powdered penutbutter, etc.
  2. Eat a lot more protein. Protein is the most satiating of the macro nutrients so you won't get hungry and succumb to binge eating. It also has a high thermic effect so you will burn ~100-200 more calories daily by your body digesting the protein.
  3. get a lot of QUALITY sleep. The word QUALITY is the key here. The amount of sleep does not matter as much as everyone thinks it does. But, making sure you get a lot of deep sleep is important. In deep sleep we go through something called metabolic regeneration. This increases your metabolic rate which burns more calories. It also naturally increases the amount of HGH in your body which has a bunch of benefits including burning fat. I have always struggled with good sleep so I take a supplement before bed to help me. Here is a link to a video explanation of the supplement. It has had an huge impact on the quality of my life so I recommend it to all of my friends.

If you make sure to do these I can almost guarantee you will lose weight and keep it off. If you need any help at all or what me to make you a meal plan etc. just PM me. Good luck everyone and have a wonderful day ❤️
