I'm having trouble finding healthy meals.
I usually cook a few times a week for the family, but Im used to cooking pretty carb-heavy and relatively basic meals. Spaghetti, Tortellini, chili, hot dogs, meatball subs, chicken/spinach/rice, etc. I want to make healthier, low-calorie meals that are also satisfying and filling.
When I look at Pinterest for recipes, they all seem so advanced and time consuming. I don't have a lot of time in the evenings as is. I have other household things I need to do and can't (and don't really want) to spend hours cooking and prepping.
Anyone have any tips or recipes for me? Any advice is appreciated, thank you!
