75gm yogurt, Himalayan pink salt - to taste, 0.5 inch Ginger root, peeled, Half a green chili, Dash of Dry herbs of choice, 5-7 Mint leaves , Water, Ice.

Throw them in a blender, blend. Enjoy a refreshing drink. This also helps with electrolyte load. Just adjust the salt.
