30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 17

Hello losers,

Happy Saturday! Hope you're slaying it out there.

Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning.

Stay within calorie range (maintain): Doing okay today. Turkey tacos in my future.

Exercise 5 days a week: Vigorous cleaning. 12/17 days.

Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Gonna do some tonight after posting. 2/2 weeks.

Self-care time (work on not using food as a reward): Journaling tonight.

Try a new recipe once a week: Turkey tacos. I'm counting it as new. 1/1 weeks.

Be more mindful, present in my body & express gratitude to avoid the hedonic treadmill: My body is full of uterine inspired pain today. Gonna advil it up and take er easy.
