Huge Win and also some general discussion.
I’m 17M, around 6’0 - 6’1, I don’t know my weight. For 5 weeks I’ve been working out 4 days a week with only one day missed. My eating habits are ups and downs, not following a specific diet but just trying to be generally healthier I have my moments where I overeat or dont eat as much as i should or if what I’m eating is unhealthy. Diet is the biggest thing because I don’t go food shopping for my home and theres not much I can do when Theres no food in the house and all thats left is for my mom to bring home a pizza or a calzone and those days always feel like setbacks, where I’m stuck between not eating at all and eating unhealthy.
Besides that though, woke up this morning to brush my teeth and noticed that I had a mostly flat chest for the first time in a while. It made me happy and now all thats left is to get rid of all the fat on my legs and belly and face and stuff. This journey is far from over, Im happy to be on it but Im so scared. I don’t know for sure if Im doing it right or if im going in the wrong direction sometimes. Im super hard on myself for missing days because i feel like even one missed day or eating unhealthy for one day can set me back weeks. There is no progression bar and I don’t have the lens for myself that other people might have. I can’t see the progress like how my mom says she can and I also hardly trust my moms opinions since i often feel like she just says nice things to me because shes my mom.
Besides all that though, Im proud of myself and I wanted to tell everyone as extra motivation for myself. Knowing that people are with me helps a ton.
