30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 13

Hello losers,

Happy Thursday! It's almost the weekend & we're cruising right along, almost half way through the month!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Recorded in Libra. I am more than just this number.

2000 calories, after 7 days in a row, reduce to 1800: I'm looking at 1800 with some bison burger action happening.

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk & there will be stationary biking post dinner. 9/13 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: A little bit. Could use more. Will make some time for this before bed.

Gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for lovely spring days, good music on my commute & ripe pears. Seriously. Fridge cold ripe pear is a gift from the universe.

Your turn kids! Y'all looking forward to anything in the weeks ahead? My vaccine is about to be full effective so I get to see my closest lady friends this weekend & I am stoked.
