Does anyone else have a problem with nausea/vomiting when they don't eat enough?
So far I've gone from 318 to 245 over the course of about 2 years, really slow, but for the last year I've been stuck in a rut of cico for a few days then binging for the rest of the week, I know it's not great, but I'm really trying to work on it.
For the last 6 months I've noticed that a lot of the time I try to stick to a calorie deficit I will get nauseous if I get hungry (if I'm not dieting I usually don't ever get hungry) I'm not really sure how to fix it because usually by the time I've realized I'm hungry and eaten something, my stomach will continue to be upset. I'm currently seeking care through my primary and a GI specialist, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this.
