Goal of losing 40 pounds.
So in 2017 I weighed around 155-160 I never kept track of my calories never worked out often but I was more active back in the day. 4 years later I now weigh around 192. Looking at my current photos and my past photos it scares me how much weight I put on. My face and body don’t look slim and nice as it was before. Lately it’s been annoying me a lot so I want to cut it all out and go back to weighing 160 again 165 at most. So I never kept track on how much calories intake I was having everyday. I downloaded a app that calculates for me how much calories I need to have per day. I’m watching that everyday for now on 2100 calories a day. I’m also incorporating more cardio and lifting weights. Not eating before bed anymore. I used to eat 9-10 o clock at night. I eat so much pasta, pizza I eat a lot of carbs I don’t know if that effects it or not but I say this because my diet isn’t the healthiest. More intake of water. Hopefully if I stick with this game plan I’ll lose weight. If I’m doing this totally wrong please let me know, I’m all new to this but this is my plan at the moment. Any advice would be appreciated.
I’m 22 M , 5 ‘11.
