Do you need to finish the whole baseline week or can you start once you know what needs to be changed?
SW/CW 145 GW1: 125 5’4 F. Title says it all. I’m tired of looking chubby in pics and am ready to start losing already. My baseline week started on Thursday, so this is Day 3, and I went to a ren faire today so obviously my tracker has had a solid workout today. I’ve also eaten a lot of fast food but idk if that’s typical.
My plan for next week is to have one non- fruit or vegetable snack in the morning and one in the evening. I don’t care if it’s a fucking big mac meal and fries. Day One for me has been MONTHS and I just want to freaking lose it already. I suspect I haven’t been able to because I keep trying to make too many changes at once so I trust the process of “one sustainable change at a time” for this time. So each week I change something else. I want to get started but don’t want to get off track too quickly.
But I know my big problems: snacking, eating from boredom and eating too quickly. Do I need to complete the baseline week, or can I start tackling those problems tomorrow?
