I need a serious help
Hello guys .Iam 24 years old male weighing 110 kg.One years ago I lost 20 kg with IF fasting and workout but due to some reason I stopped both so again gained back 20 kg. After one year gap I , few months ago,started working out and calorie counting.I thought I did everything right but didn’t loose a single pound no matter what.I even dropped the calorie to 1500 but my weight only fluctuated between 110 kg and 109 kg.Now again due to Covid my gym is closed.so, since 3 days ago I started 16:8 IF diet and calorie counting and again not a single pound drop.Is it due to insuline resistance or i crashed my metabolism? Last year I did check my blood sugar and thyroid.Thyroid was normal but I was just a few point away being pre-diabetic .I want to try keto but that is not practical for me because Iam an Asian and our meals are all carbs.
Please help.
