Skinny Fat

I'm at a loss right now. I'm F28 5'3", and 118lbs. I have a pretty physical job; I work at a greenhouse so I'm on my feet constantly and moving around a lot. Average steps are usually in the 15,000 range. I work 6 days a week at the moment (until end of June), 48 hours a week. I know lifting is probably the answer, but any suggestions on how to lift with a busy and crazy work schedule without getting burnt out? Some days I work 11am-7pm, other days it's 9am-5pm, so my schedule is all over the place too.

I'm currently doing 14:10 IF and staying in my calorie range. I think anterior pelvic tilt may also be contributing to it? Main concern is my belly.

Just looking for some advice of what regimen I should follow and any other suggestions!
