Stuck on same weight
So as the title says, it seems I've (M24) hit a wall at the moment. So since January I've lost about 25 lbs. (278-250). Since then I've adjusted my calorie counts accordingly to weightloss and am consuming about 17-1800 a day with 200g of protein with weight training and mild cardio. I've gotten as low as 245 for one day, only to immediately bounce back to 250 and remain there pretty consistently for the last few weeks.
My question is mainly seeing if other people have been stuck at a certain weight as well, if so why? If theres something I'm no doing or considering I'm open to any and all advice.
