Felt like crap after eating pizza.
So glad I didn’t get a whole pizza and only a few slices. It gave me a bad stomach ache!! I couldn’t stop craving Doritos and cheddar fries (the chips) I got two small bags and two zero sugar drinks.
I instantly regretted it but I was HUNGRY. I’ll plan out my grocery better next week, I was trying to do strict meal prep and thought I wouldn’t get tired of the chicken. I know occasional cheat days are okay but I can’t keep doing this every weekend. What can I replace pizza with that’s not actually pizza and healthier?
Tomorrow I will start the day with shakes and hopefully that will help me not gain extra weight.
