What should I do to not eat after meals, even when I'm hungry still?
Sorry, bad English: I've been eating healthier (not fully healthy). Thing is, I feel like I overeat and I can't stop because I always feel like I'm hungry still. If I undereat throughout the day, I binge. I think I'm eating about 2000 or a little more than that calories, which isn't bad for my age (I'm a teenager), but I'm not exercising much so I want to go on a deficit (1500-1600 cals). How can I do that when I feel hungry even after I just ate?! I'm eating enough but I'm still hungry even after I eat. After dinner, I'm not, but after like a hearty salad, or 2/3 cup of oats I'm still hungry. I don't binge after, but I need to eat something else with my meal to truly satisfy me. What should I do to not eat after meals even when I'm hungry still? By the way, I already tried tracking calories, I don't really want to do that anymore, so I just am mindful about the nutrition facts and calories on the labels and mentally add them up in my head. Tracking calories made my mental health bad so I don't want that to be an option to help me again.
