Can I get all your wonderful insights into making permanent, effective change?
Hello lovely people of loseit
I work in a fairly intense high-stress career with on-call shifts and late finishes so I've noticed recently I'm slipping down the route of not exercising very much, getting more takeaways etc etc and i'm gradually gaining weight. I don't want this to become habit or a pattern of behaviour for me and I find I'm really struggling to break it. I cook a lot and am generally fairly good with food but I keep indulging in habits like eating lots of sugary cereals, snacking on bread whenever I can and so on, because it's easier and comforting when I'm stressed or exhausted from work.
Does anyone have any tips on how to effectively break these behaviours so I can maintain lasting good habits? Thank you :)
