Hello, lurker here! I have a question about breakfast skippers.

I am a breakfast skipper, have always been since I was little. I wake up and I basically hate food, until around noon.

For the past few months, I've seen and read posts from this subreddit on my home page (and I'm really proud of y'all!!!). Some of these posts are people saying that, as one of the ways they've lost weight, they skip breakfast because they aren't even hungry, or they wanted to break the habit of "you HAVE to eat breakfast or your metabolism will CRASH!". Or some other reason I can't remember right now. And I'm happy I'm not the only one who doesn't eat breakfast.

Recently I've started trying to exercise to be physically fit, and to enjoy running again. Not really trying to lose weight. (Is that ok on this subreddit?) After I finish working out in the morning, I am dizzy, slightly nauseous and kinda tired, but still not hungry. I tried to ignore it for a couple hours, but I still felt bad, so yesterday I ate banana + egg pancakes, and I felt much better...I still didn't want to eat though.

Even though I'm a breakfast skipper, do you think I should eat breakfasts to feel better? Or maybe have a cup of coffee?

Or what do YOU breakfast skippers do after a morning workout? Do you even feel dizzy after exercising?

(Or maybe it's because this is literally my 3rd day of exercising after a year and a half of being sedentary due to Covid, and me being a beginner at running again is making me dizzy/nauseous. And maybe I won't feel dizzy when I get more fit?)
