Lost 7lbs in one week!
One week ago, I finally gave up sodas! I know for most people this isn’t a big deal but I’ve been drinking sodas like they’re water for most of my life, but the last two years it’s gotten really bad to the point where I went almost an entire year without drinking any kind of water at all…
Last week, I weighed myself for the first time in almost a years and I felt like crying. I went from being 125lbs to almost 200lbs and I felt like crap. I knew it had to do with me eating fast food almost daily and drinking a entire, if not more, twelve pack of cherry coke a day.
The good news is that I weighed myself today and I went from 197.0 lbs to 190. 4 in the span of one week from just cutting out soda. Next week I’m going to try to stop eating fast food and start some kind of exercise regimen.
