Two weeks 8 pounds
I started to workout two weeks ago. I was treating myself really harsh. I am 200 pounds 20M 178cm.
Pandemic is nearly over here and I stressed too much to go to university with this body. So motivation, check.
After reducingy my calorie income 1000 per day. I started eventually to stop eating sugar, oil and bread because they were not efficient to keep me all day. So, diet check.
Last, I am cycling 30min for morning which burns 300-400 calories with 20km/h speed. Afternoon is filled with home exercises which mostly aimed to work my muscles but burns 150-200 calories. At last, with decent speed, 30 min walk which surprisingly burns 400-500 calories.
Calculations makes like I gain a big nothing everyday. For my age and body, my body burns like 1700-1800 calories each day to survive. I don't think this is healthy for now. But I thought being more than 200 pounds is more dangerous (cuz this summer, I amm full free).
So I am still going and looking for advices or criticism for my program if anyone interested. Thank you.
