Day 1: Starting New
So, I already put this post on another group but fortunate I didn't got much help from it.
So, here we go again So, I'm (24F), my height is about 5.5 and I'm 240 pounds, and I wish to lose some weight.
I would love to lose about 25 pounds by the end of this year. And, hope to lose 35 more by May of next year. I also got myself a scale and for exercise, I only go out for a hour and walk both my dogs each day.
As for eating, I have been drinking water as a replacement to soda. And if I do have one, I share it. I have also been eating both grapes and cheese sticks as snacks so I stop buying this family size chip bags.
But, even with this small things I'm already doing, what would you suggest for someone my weight to start or change?
