I need to break it through this plateau?
I’m 23F and 173 cms tall. I’ve lost about 65 pounds in the past year and a half. I’m currently stuck at 164 pounds for eight weeks and my scale refuses to budge. I eat anywhere between 1400 to 1600 calories. My diet is mostly vegetarian meals that includes a lot of brown rice and a few Indian curries that are anywhere around 120 to 150 calories. I don’t exercise a lot.
I really need to lose at least 20 more pounds and it’s really discouraging to not see any results whatsoever. I’m seriously considering eating only 1200 calories a day and a 30 minute aerobic workout. Any advice here would be greatly appreciate
