Fitness app recommendations
What are your favorite fitness tracking apps?
I have used MyFitnessPal for food tracking for a long time and the layout works well for me but I recently started going to the gym and I'm struggling to figure out what type of exercise to do, how long etc. Mfp isn't great for tracking exercise, it tracks cardio but that's about it.
As of right now I start with 30-40 minutes of cardio 3x per week, 15-30 minutes of light/medium strength training 2x week and Hatha yoga for 1 hour 1x per week. I would like to build a good strength training routine that's better balanced that what I am currently doing but there are SO many options out there.
My fitness goals are to lose 50-70lbs and improve my overall physical strength and endurance.
