Advice on what else to do/cut
I am 5 foot 1, 160 pounds.
I don't eat snacks, I don't drink soda, and I exercise 3 times a week plus usually 15-20 Min yoga every day, but I keep gaining weight. I've upped the amount of working out I do but the scale only moves one way. I am eating 1600 calories versus my macro calculation of 1850 required to lose weight. I only eat between 12 and 8 pm so there's a bit of intermittent fasting as well.
I got my thyroid tested and it's fine, I just don't really seem to lose weight (or tone up in terms of non scale). In the last year I've gained 10 pounds while trying to lose weight.
Not sure if there's any advice?
