Any advice on dealing with loose skin coming on as I lose fat?? 294lbs down to 200lbs so far, starting to feel just as insecure and concerned about my health as before!!

It's becoming more and more noticeable, my thigh skin and what's left of my fat sink down to my hips when lay in bed or sit with my knees bent. I can feel my stomach skin/what fat is left is slightly beginning to weigh me down and it's starting to cause horrid back and shoulder pain. My arms have a weird looking fold above my elbow. I can even feel my loose skin shaking around when I'm walking at work and it's so distracting and embarrassing. Is there a good way to use athletic tape or something to manage it until I'm in a position to possibly afford surgery in a few years? Could it be manageable that long? Any help is greatly appreciated.
