Does anyone else get SUPER paranoid over calorie counting, thinking it’s too low?
This is a new phenomenon to me. I’ve been calorie counting for years (very loosely) but now I am strict to count every single thing I eat. I’m not sure why, but I always feel a tendency to over exaggerate everything I eat on MyFitnessPal and usually x.5 the portion (which leads to more calories). Today I had an iced latte from McDonald’s, a granola bar, a sip of orange juice, and a weight watches bolognese dish, and that came down to 955. I simply don’t believe it was THAT low. It seems way over than it should be. Does anyone else relate? I’m so paranoid of not losing weight because I’m under estimating and I don’t feel hungry which helps further my point. Does anyone else relate?
