Losing weight but gaining body fat?
So, I've been weighting myself daily for the last couple of weeks, today I noticed that I lost a pound but gained about 3% body fat and lost about 3% muscle mass. I'm not to concerned about it since I know the measurements might return to normal within the next few days, also I'm seeing my body change and overall happy with the progress I've made thus far (from 240 lbs down to 193.6 lbs as of this morning!). I was just curious, would anyone know why I might've seen such a change in my scale? For context I eat roughly around 1500/1550 cals a day and exercise (cardio) about 30mins every day, burning an average of around 400 calories. I'm 5'11.5" and male.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
