Down another 10!

SV down 36 pounds!

Hey all! So since I’ve started my journey I’ve lost 36lbs!

F20 5’8” SW: 315 CW: 279 FGW:200 (and below).

Most meals are protein based (steak and potatoes and such). In the beginning it was mostly salads, but I’m trying to make more meals that require cooking. Which is very difficult. It has slowed me down a little bit.

Every 10 pound mark I get much more excited and motivated! The joy after seeing myself entering the 290’s was so ethereal. I’m just entering the 270’s which is one step closer to my goal.

I bought one of those stationary hula hoops. It is a bunch of links that have a weighted ball on a tether in the center of them, it takes a lot of effort but I’m down three links! You can buy it on Amazon!
