Eating heavily under budget and throwing up
So I've been pushing to lose weight and noticed as of late that I've thrown up twice. Once was last week after eating a iceberg lettuce salad with canned salmon and last night due to eating some leftover chicken and boiled broccoli to try to not be too low on my deficit. Mind you I wasn't hungry.
Now I'm positive I'm not overeating because I track everything religiously.
A little more info is that I take multivitamins and biotin. I try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day via Ring Fit and lifting dumbbells. I also do IF 16:8.
I generally don't feel that hungry but ik I'm undereating heavily for my current weight.
Any who, I'm not sure what to do. Today I am just going to try and cut back and eat small. Maybe focus on fiber since vomiting also comes with diarrhea (sorry if TMI)
