Gained weight after first week
Hi all - just over a week ago I decided it was finally time to shed my lockdown weight. I can't really exercise properly at the moment as I'm isolating but I know I've been in a decent calorie deficit (I'd estimate I'm taking in 1,200-1,500 most days). I know results aren't immediate but I got on the scale today and I've actually gained 2lbs!! I've done this before I know what works, it's just so demotivating seeing the scale go up considering how difficult it's been going back to (and sticking to) healthier habits. Does anyone have some advice to help keep me on track?
