Got a treadmill for beneath my standing desk.....
Well, I'm an office worker. Even though I manage to eat semi-healthy (the munchies are real!), I just never worked out much. I just hate it. I either have to do it in the morning (big nope) or after a day of work (slightly smaller nope). So what am I going to do?
Eat less? Nah, due to previos series of disordered eating it could spiral me back.
Excercise more? Howww, if I can't even get up once a week to step on the crosstrainer?
It dawned on me like a nice spring morning: I've got a standing desk in my office that I never put in use because my feet hurt after like 20min or so. But seriously, what's better than trying to force myself to work out in my free time? Excercise while I work! I looked around and found a treadmill for like 350 bucks.
So I'm typing this while walking in a nice pace, already walked a distance of around 7,5 miles and since I got it last Friday, I walked at least 10k steps per day (before the average was like 5k).
I can't really share results with you today, but I'm really excited!
