Having a really hard time getting enough protein - instead most of my calories comes from fat! How do I fix this?

I am M, 28, 6'2", 305lbs.

Putting all my info into various online calculators show that I need approximately 50% protein, 25% fat, and 25% carbs.

This makes sense to me because my major goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, and manage my type 2 diabetes.

So to be clear, I don't want to get rid of fat completely, I just need to know how to replace some of it with protein, because currently I am getting about 55% fat, 25% carbs, and only 20% protein.

What are your favorite low-fat, low-carb, high-protein foods??
