HELP: I want to lose fat on my belly, thighs/legs, and arms at home but I don't know how to start.
I'm a 19 year old female with weight of 60+ kilos/132+ pounds and height of 5'3/160 cm.
I've never been active since childhood up until now, that resulted to me having weak muscles as well as having lots of fats in my body.
I have a huge amount of belly fat around the area and it's super visible even with an oversized shirt. I also have fatty legs, it might not seem a problem but it's unpleasant to see due to almost 0 muscle.
My arms are extremely flabby and it's as soft as a pillow and doesn't look toned at all. People would squish my arms as a "stress ball" substitute.
Now, I wanted to tone my body as well as having a good diet but I don't know how to start since I don't have an instructor or equivalent. I'm afraid that I might not have some progress because I didn't know some crucial things about fitness.
All I have is a cheap exercise bicycle and a 2 kg kettlebell at my home.
Anyone might recommend some fitness routine as well as a diet schedule to get me to a nice slim body? I'm taking notes so I won't make big unnoticed mistakes.
