Help with oatmeal calories. Cico
Hey everyone!! Maybe I'm just having a brain freeze today but with the weather getting colder, I'm getting back into oatmeal for breakfast and for some reason it's messing with my calories counting skills.
I calculated everything I add in while cooking and now, for some reason I'm very confused, is my 1/2 cup of oat raw or cooked? Logically it'd be raw oat?
As it's done cooking, it'll be more than 1/2cup but that's just from the liquid added in so the calories should stay the same...
I googled it but it still doesn't tell me if in my Lose it app the calories for oat is for a cup raw or cooked..
